Job Overview:

The Senior Business Development Manager - India (Bangalore) will be on the ground, actively engaging with clients, building relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with the India’s leadership team to support sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and establish strong client relationships. This role is best suited for someone with 2-3 years of experience in business development and sales within the cybersecurity or IT services industry who enjoys networking, meeting clients, and driving deals.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales:

  • Actively hunt for new business opportunities and drive the sales cycle from first contact to contract closure.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets related to revenue growth and new client acquisition.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of leads and nurture potential opportunities into long-term partnerships.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.

  • Ensure consistent client follow-ups to strengthen relationships and increase conversion rates.

5. Travel & Client Meetings:

  • Frequent travel across India for in-person client meetings and industry events.
  • Must be available for client engagements on short notice to seize business opportunities.

6. Reporting & Collaboration:

  • Provide weekly sales updates and forecasts to the Indian leadership team.
  • Work closely with internal marketing, solutions, and delivery teams to meet client needs and expectations.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years in sales and business development, preferably within cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals successfully.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using Zoho CRM or similar tools to track sales activities and pipeline.

We are looking for skilled TPRM Analysts/Consultants to join our growing team. In this role, you will assess and manage risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
