  • 15-30 days before the event: For cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the event, participants will receive a 50% refund. This partial refund reflects the costs already incurred in preparing for the participant's attendance, such as materials and venue arrangements.
  • Less than 15 days before the event: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are not eligible for a refund. By this time, most of the event's logistical arrangements have been finalized, and it becomes challenging to fill the vacant spot on short notice.

We understand that sometimes, participants may not be able to attend the event but wish to send someone else in their place. Ampcus Cyber India Pvt. Ltd. allows participants to substitute another person in their place at no additional charge. To facilitate this, participants must notify us at least 7 days before the event.
